Welcome to the Moreno Valley Arts Council. We are a 501(C)3 non profit organization, committed to promoting the arts and artists of our communities (and beyond). To put it simply, we LOVE the Arts. We operate multiple programs that are designed to support, educate and promote the arts. We are supported by memberships, event revenue, donations and grants.
